Clinical Intake (90min)

A clinical intake is the logical first step in the treatment process. Its purpose is to ensure that all aspects of your experience are thoroughly understood and that a solid conceptualization of the problems can be developed for you and addressed in a treatment plan. This is very important: right concept, right treatment. During an intake the clinician will ask you questions about your history, symptoms and needs, as well as discussing what to expect from therapy.

Family Sessions (60min)

Family sessions are designed to complement the ongoing individual therapy of an adolescent or young adult patient. The session provides a structured, supportive space where family members—typically parents or caregivers, and sometimes siblings—can come together to explore the various factors that may be involved in creating a positive impact to the patient's life. This allows patients to continue to reach their therapy goals and improve their well-being.
